We are currently shipping to Canada only. All orders are packed and shipped from Canada by Canada Post. Orders will be shipped within 3 business days, a notification email with tracking information will be sent to you once the order is shipped.

* Order under $150CAD will have standard shipping cost of $15.00. Express Shipping rate will be calculated at check out.
**Free standard shipping for order over $150CAD, this is applicable to Canada wide only.
Tax: All orders that shipped within Canada will have tax calculated at check out. Tax is calculated based on the Provinces tax rate in which the order is shipped to.
International orders: Please contact info@soulgoodshop.ca with the products you would like to purchase and the address in which the order would be mailed to. We can inquire the shipping cost for you and make arrangement with shipping.
Saskatoon Local Pick up
Shipping fee is free for Saskatoon local pick up. We are located inside Centre Mall. Use the Mall West Entrance #1, and we are located at the end of the hall Find our store location on Google map here.
Please select local pick up at check out. Pick up order is usually ready next business day, you will receive a notification email when your order is ready for pick up. Please present the email when picking up your order.
* We are low in staff so No curbside pickup is available, come in to say hi and pick up your order.
Return
Model Kit, jewelry, beauty, hair accessories, and silk products are all final sale, no return, refund or exchange.
For all other products, we will accept returns on merchandise in its original unused condition within 14 days of receiving the shipment. Opened or used products or any items marked as non-refundable/ Final sale are not within our return guideline. Customer is responsible for the courier fee for all returns orders.
Online purchases are not allowed to return in store. To initiate your return, please contact info@soulgoodshop.ca, any orders that shipped to Soulgood before contacting us will not get a refund.
